An Irish woman has applied to a British court have the bankrupty declaration of Priory Hall developer Thomas McFeely revoked, the High Court heard yesterday.

Mr McFeely had filed for bankruptcy in Britain where he was declared bankrupt in January.

Theresa McGuinness, Rush, Co Dublin, sent papers to the Royal Court of Justice in London, she told the High Court in Dublin yesterday. She sought to have the Irish bankruptcy case adjourned until the British court had dealt with her request. The case was adjourned by Mr Justice Brian McGovern until June 11th.

Ms McGuinness sought to have Mr McFeely declared bankrupt last autumn following his failure to pay an award made to her in 2009 against his company, Coalport Ltd.
